Regionally Sourced Ingredients

What the varied culinary offers served at Berghoferin have in common is our commitment to a cuisine that clearly and strongly focuses on products, ingredients, and quality. Fulfilling this aspiration requires untiring dedication and the willingness to look behind the scenes every now and then.

And it is that very look that ultimately makes all the difference: after all, knowing and promoting the stories and people behind the individual products means lifting the food ingredients and their production methods out of anonymity, raising awareness, and fostering appreciation not just among our guests, but also among those who process these products—that is our declared goal here at Berghoferin.
