The Fine Hotel & Hideaway Berghoferin is currently on winter break; it will open its doors again in early summer. The 2024 summer season starts on 07 June and ends on 06 October. The 2024/25 winter season starts on 29 November and ends on 06 January.

The office of the Fine Hotel & Hideaway Berghoferin remains open during the off-season: Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 4 pm (except on public holidays).

All prices are listed in euros and include the applicable value added tax. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notification. As soon as new prices enter into force, all previous prices automatically become void.Unless specified otherwise, the accommodation prices are room rates. The listed rates therefore apply per suite and per night at double or single occupancy. They include breakfast, a selection of refreshments from the mini-bar, luggage service, parking service incl. a parking space free of charge, WiFi access, and free access to the Lido alpin Pool & Spa.

A local tax of 3.00 euros per person (aged 14 and over) and per night will be charged separately and can only be paid on site.

A booking requires written acceptance of the offer by the guest, enters into force with a written booking confirmation issued by the Fine Hotel & Hideaway Berghoferin, and is then fixed by a deposit that equals 50% of the total booking price and must be paid by the guest within ten days.Deposits can be paid via bank transfer or—after you have submitted your credit card details—by charging the credit card listed (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Accepted means of payment are cash (currently applicable cash limit in Italy: 4,999.99 euros) as well as debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

The Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for a right to withdraw from the booking contract (notification in acc. with Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code – GvD 206/2005); we do, however, have the following cancellation policy: For suites cancelled no later than 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. For suites cancelled no later than seven days prior to arrival, we retain 50% of the total booking price. In the case of suites cancelled less than seven days prior to arrival, no-show, or premature departure, you will be billed the full booking price.This cancellation policy applies regardless of whether or not the cancelled suites are subsequently booked by other guests.Cancellations must be made in writing and become effective upon written confirmation by the Fine Hotel & Hideaway Berghoferin.We recommend taking out a personal travel cancellation insurance policy.

Please note that we request our guests to stay a minimum of two nights.

Your reserved suite will be available from 3 pm on your day of arrival and until 11 am on your day of departure. In order to ensure an ideal organizational flow for evening or night-time arrivals, please notify us in advance if you plan on arriving after 8 pm.Upon request, you may opt for a late check-out (until 6 pm on the day of departure); this service is billed at 100 euros per person.

The suites at the Fine Hotel & Hideaway Berghoferin are each designed for double occupancy. An exemption applies only to two suites, each of which has two bedrooms and can therefore accommodate up to four persons. It is not possible for additional guests to be booked into any of the other suites. Single occupancy, on the other hand, is possible in all suites designed for double occupancy. A separate booking offer is made for the third and fourth persons staying in the double bedroom suites.

The Fine Hotel & Hideaway Berghoferin is, first and foremost, a relaxing retreat for adults and is therefore not suitable for children under the age of 12. Please note that in exceptional cases, individual children may nevertheless occasionally be staying at the hotel.

In some suites, it is possible to board with your dog. A daily rate of 35.00 euros is charged per dog (excluding dog food). Out of consideration for other guests, dogs may not access all areas of the hotel grounds; further information is available at the reception desk upon your arrival. Dog owners are fully liable for any damage their pet may cause in the hotel or on the premises.
